Level Up Studio Residency at Mint Art House - May 2024
Seeking early career Gold Coast visual artists aged 18 to 30 years in need of studio space to grow!
Level Up has a studio residency opportunity for two early career artists at Mint Art House, Burleigh Heads.
Studio placements will take place from 1 May to 30 September 2024, providing artists with studio space to develop new work and connect with the creative community of artists that make up Mint Art House together with connections to the Level Up Arts and Culture team.
Please note: early career artist, as defined by the National Association for Visual Arts (NAVA), is beyond a hobby artist, is an arts graduate or similar, and is actively committed to their professional arts practice.
Eligibility
To be eligible, you need to be:
Early career visual artists aged 18 to 25 years old
A Gold Coast resident
Australian Citizen or Permanent resident
Available to commit to a 5 month studio placement (see dates below)
Available to attend scheduled catch up meetings
*Previous recipients of the Mint Art House Residency are not eligible to apply.
