Join resident pyrographer Emily Rose Hastie for a guided wood burning study of a kookaburra, burned onto a beautiful piece of camphor laurel for you to take home.
In this session Emily will introduce the chisel tip, a versatile tool for creating tone, texture and fine detail, guiding you through technique before you move onto your own camphor canvas. Some drawing confidence is helpful but no wood burning experience is needed.
All materials included: wood burning kit, camphor laurel slab, and drawing materials.
